In the past month i have had the privilege of meeting a new friend, Madeleine Browning , who is such an amazing person to be around and an inspiration herself. As most bloggers do, we bonded over our love for blogging and fashion and have pretty much been inseparable since. I am so thankful to have met such an incredible person. Maddy and i decided to head downtown last week and explore a bit. We drove around and came to a stop once we found this simple location to snap some outfit photos. I have to say i had a really great time, as i always do with a good friend's company.

Outfit | La Grande Orange

Hope everyone had a happy hump day!
I spent my lovely Wednesday with my friend Madeline, who snapped these photos for me and also has a blog! I highly recommend you check it out, click here to see it! We grabbed some lunch at La Grande Orange and enjoyed amazing gelato. I wore my new thrifted overalls (such a lucky find!) with my Sam Edelman boots. xx

What an exciting week, school has officially begun! 

I thought i would express my excitement through this outfit, it's very clear and straight to the point, don't you think? I really just slept through my alarm clock and ended up rushing out the door so i threw on a large T-shirt and boots. Inspired by Miley Cyrus, that morning my hair "couldn't be tamed" and "could not stop," so i gave myself some buns. A little bit of an irony here after seeing the VMA's... ha ha ha (I really do think I'm funny, it's okay you don't have to laugh). For those of you who have also just started school i apologies, and congrats! Let's finish this semester with a bang.

This beautiful vintage skirt is a hand-me-down from my grandmother which is part of the reason why i love it so much. The floral print is simple and delicate making it very easy to style in so many different ways. The quality is amazing, you probably wouldn't be able to tell how old it actually is. I am so glad my grandmother kept it all these years, it's definitely a piece i will keep forever.
